TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTION PROGRAM

d. Any circumstance beyond ezyCollect’s reasonable control, including but not limited to changes in laws or regulations.

6. Use of Prizes or Offers: Prizes, gifts, or offers provided in connection with the promotion are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified. ezyCollect reserves the right to substitute any prize or offer of equal or greater value at its discretion. Any additional costs associated with the acceptance or use of a prize or offer are the participant’s sole responsibility.

7. Disqualification: ezyCollect reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these terms and conditions, fraud, tampering, or any other action that jeopardises the fair conduct of the promotion. ezyCollect’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Modification and Cancellation: ezyCollect reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion, or amend these terms and conditions, without notice at any time for any reason, including but not limited to security reasons or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws.

9. Publicity and Privacy: By participating in the promotion, participants consent to ezyCollect using their name, likeness, and details for promotional and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation, unless otherwise advised. Personal information provided in connection with the promotion will be handled in accordance with ezyCollect’s Privacy Policy, available on its website, and participants may opt out of communications at any time.

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to the promotion will be resolved exclusively by the courts of New South Wales.
