Holiday Closures & Support Hours

Holiday Closures 📣 The ezyCollect office will be closed, and our team will be offline from 5 pm AEDT on Friday, the 23rd of December 2022. We will be back online again on Monday, the 9th of January 2023 from 9am AEDT. 

Please note:

  • Support: We will have a skeleton team available between the 28th – 30th of December 2022 and between the 3rd – 6th of January 2023. You can email us at helpdesk@ezycollect.com.au for any urgent support queries during this period.
  • Implementation & Training: Our team will be back online again on the 9th of January 2023 for implementation and online training. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with your customer success manager to schedule your session.
