As ezyCollect Inc does not generate or directly control this information, we will refer your request to our third-party credit reporting partner for handling, in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
6.2 We may charge a reasonable fee to process your request for access if permitted under applicable law.
7 COMPLAINTS
7.1 If you have a concern or complaint regarding this Credit Reporting Policy or how your credit information is handled, please contact us using the information provided in Section 10. As ezyCollect Inc does not generate or directly control this information, we will refer your request to our third-party credit reporting partner for handling, in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
8 INDEMNITY
8.1 You acknowledge that ezyCollect Inc. acts solely as an information provider in the context of credit applications. We do not participate in or influence the final credit decisions made by any creditor, finance provider, or third party. The outcome of any credit application is solely determined by those parties.
8.2 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ezyCollect Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Any dispute or complaint regarding the outcome of a credit application;
- Your reliance on the information provided by ezyCollect Inc. under Section 2 of this policy or any additional information/documentation;
- Any breach of applicable laws or misuse of credit information provided through our Services.
9 DATA INTEGRATION
9.1 If data integration is enabled, ezyCollect may write customer-related information from the platform into your connected Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. By activating this feature, you authorise ezyCollect to transmit such data to your ERP. The format, fields of credit application and frequency of the write-back may vary depending on legal and regulatory requirements, ERP compatibility and system configuration. ezyCollect is not responsible for ERP configuration errors, third-party integration issues, system incompatibilities, or any internal use or misuse of data once written to your ERP.
9.2 While ezyCollect takes reasonable care in transmitting your customer information, you are solely responsible for verifying written-back data before relying on it for any commercial, credit or operational decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezyCollect is not liable for any loss arising from ERP errors, integration failures, data corruption within your systems, or decisions made based on written-back information.
9.3 ezyCollect may suspend or discontinue the integration at any time for technical, security or compliance reasons. Upon termination or deactivation, data transmission will cease. You remain responsible for any data retained within your ERP.
10 CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
10.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or amend this Credit Reporting Policy at any time, for any reason, and without any notice, by posting a revised version on the Website. Any changes to this Credit Reporting Policy will become effective when the Company posts the revised Credit Reporting Policy on the Website. Your use of the Services, including but not limited to Company’s Website and Platform, following these changes means that you accept the revised Credit Reporting Policy.
