Does ezyCollect communicate with my customers?

All the customer communications that you automate or send manually via ezyCollect will be sent from a verified email address from your company e.g. accounts.receivable@<yourcompany.com>. Our servers in Amazon Web Services will deliver the email on your behalf. ezyCollect gives you the flexibility to customise our templates and add your branding so your customer recognises that the communication is from you.

I have some customers I want to exclude from automation. Can ezyCollect handle that?

Yes. ezyCollect allows you to exclude customers from entering the automated communication schedule. Their invoices will still be tracked and their payer performance monitored. You can also pause customers. For example, you can pause your automated communications to your customer during their extended periods of closure.

Can I just use ezyCollect for its online payments portal?

Yes. If your customers pay promptly, you can further improve their payables experience by installing our online payments portal, Simplypaid. It’s free to install.

Where is ezyCollect’s head office?

ezyCollect is an Australian company with most of its staff based in the head office in Sydney.

What applications can I integrate with ezyCollect?

You can integrate your accounting software or ERP with ezyCollect to upgrade your online accounts receivable capabilities. Ask us about integrating other applications not listed on the site – we’re pretty capable!

Is my data safe?

Data security is a top priority at ezyCollect. Our services are hosted in the world-class cloud service provider Amazon Web Services, which is protected by 24-hour surveillance. All your data will be encrypted during transit and while it’s resting in our secure databases. Our application is always up-to-date with the latest security patches.

Which plan is right for my business?

Can I change my plan at any time?

You can always upgrade to an annual plan from a monthly plan and take advantage of the pricing on annual contracts.

However, you will not be able to switch to a monthly plan from an existing annual plan until the expiry of your current or existing term.

You can speak to your account manager or the customer success team to upgrade your plans.

Can I try ezyCollect for free?

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

You will no longer be billed if you cancel on a monthly plan.

You will not be refunded fees for partial or incomplete terms if you are on an annual contract.

No refunds are offered on installation fees, integration charges or transaction fees for the SimplyPaid payment portal. 

Are your prices in Australian dollars?

Yes, all prices quoted on the ezyCollect website are in Australian dollars. Please contact us on sales@ezycollect.io to get the right pricing for you.

Can ezyCollect accept online payments in any currency?

You can use ezyCollect from anywhere in the world. If you want to use ezyCollect’s online payment feature, it can currently collect payments in AUD and NZD.
